She made her film debut in the 2010 Academy Award-nominated film The Blind Side and most recently starred as Snow White in Mirror, Mirror with Julia Roberts and in the film Priest, with actor Paul Bettany. In 2013, Collins stars opposite Julianne Moore and Greg Kinnear in the film The English Teacher and will play the lead role of Clary Fray in the film The Mortal Instruments, based on the ultra-popular young adult fantasy novels by Cassandra Clare. As a teen, Lily discovered a passion for journalism and began writing a column for Elle Girl UK. She has also written for The Los Angeles Times and CosmoGirl and covered presidential inaugurations and conventions for Nickelodeon and Seventeen magazine. Acclaimed actor and arts advocate currently starring in the television drama Scandal, Kerry Washington is a versatile and gifted performer who has built an impressive list of credits in a relatively short period of time. Winner of ‘Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture’ for Ray at the NAACP Image Awards in 2005, Kerry garnered critical acclaim for her role in The Last King of Scotland opposite Forest Whitaker for which she was nominated for ‘Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture’ at the NAACP Image Awards in 2007. In 2009, Kerry made her Broadway debut in David Mamet’s Race and starred in the Tyler Perry film For Colored Girls with an all-star cast of actresses. In 2011, Kerry was nominated ‘Outstanding Actress in a Motion Picture’ at the NAACP Image Awards for Night Catches Us and received ‘Best Actress’ nominations at the BET Awards for her performances in A Thousand Words and For Colored Girls. At the 2013 NAACP Image Awards, Kerry was nominated ‘Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture’ for her role in the Quentin Tarantino film Django Unchained and won ‘Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series’ for her portrayal of Olivia Pope in Scandal. Kerry stars in the 2013 Tyler Perry film Peeples opposite Craig Robinson and David Alan Grier. In 2013, Kerry was awarded the NAACP’s prestigious President’s Award in recognition of her exceptional achievements in public service. An advocate of the arts and supporter of social causes, Kerry was appointed by President Barak Obama to the President’s Committee on the Arts and Humanities in 2009. In 1996, his first full season in the Major Leagues, he helped the Yankees win the World Series and was named the 1996 American League Rookie of the Year. Jeter, a twelve-time All Star, has gone on to lead his team to 4 additional World Series titles – in 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2009. A classically trained dancer, actor, singer and model, Sun Li is highly regarded as an emerging artist in Mainland China. She has delivered an impressive array of critically acclaimed performances, beginning with her break-out role in China’s most-watched television drama, Jade Goddess of Mercy, which led Sun to become recognized as one of the most promising young actresses in China. Wynton has won nine Grammy Awards and is the only artist to have won a Grammy in five consecutive years. He is the world’s first jazz artist to perform and compose across the full jazz spectrum, from its New Orleans roots to bebop to modern jazz. In 1997 Wynton Marsalis became the first jazz musician ever to win the Pulitzer Prize for Music for his epic oratorio Blood On The Fields. Wynton’s creativity has been celebrated throughout the world, and more than 25 of America’s leading academic institutions have conferred honorary degrees upon him. In 1987 Wynton Marsalis co-founded a jazz program at Lincoln Center and in July 1996, due to its remarkable success, Jazz at Lincoln Center was installed as new constituent of Lincoln Center, the renowned arts organization of which Movado is a long standing sponsor and proud supporter.
