Introduced in the 1980’s as an elegant new open-link watch design, Esperanza® by Movado quickly surged in popularity. A timepiece highly distinctive in character, Esperanza was defined by its striking, architecturally inspired bracelet design with long, open vertical links. This signature bracelet was integrated with a round, softly curved case that complemented the simple purity of the Museum dial.
An evolving, best-selling design for men and women, Esperanza has always expressed Movado’s quest for timeless artistry in watch design. Now, building on past performance with a new emphasis on luxury, Movado re-launches Esperanza with four new women’s models.
Fashioned with round 28 mm cases only 5.70 mm deep, these modern designs reprise the original open vertical-link bracelet design, but update it with a “free-falling” hinged case attachment that affords wrist-conforming comfort, and a new push-button deployment clasp that offers seamless elegance with ultimate convenience. Styled with Movado’s classic concave dot and dauphine hands, Esperanza’s Museum dial offers new double-layered dimension – a raised outer ring of contrasting texture creates subtle tonal intrigue.
Conferring fresh modern style on simple geometric lines, this new collection offers models in solid, gold-toned and two-toned stainless steel, some available with diamonds.
