Since then, Lily has turned in many memorable performances ranging from romance to comedy-drama and action-adventure science fantasy. She starred opposite Paul Bettany, Karl Urban and Stephen Moyer in the 2011 film Priest, a post-apocalyptic horror film about a warrior priest and renegade vampires. In 2012, Lily played the sword-wielding version of the alabaster heroine Snow White in Tarsem Singh’s magical fairy-tale retelling Mirror Mirror, teaming up with an all-star cast including Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen. In 2013, she appeared on-screen with Greg Kinnear and Jennifer Connelly in Josh Boone’s Stuck in Love, the romantic comedy-drama of a complicated relationship between a successful novelist and their college daughter – and opposite Julianne Moore, Nathan Lane and Greg Kinnear in the American romantic-comedy The English Teacher. Collins also stepped into the spotlight in the screen adaption of Cassandra’s Clare’s best-selling young-adult fantasy-action book series The Mortal Instruments, and starred alongside Sam Clafin in Christian Ditter’s 2014 film Love Rosie, based on Cecelia Ahern’s novel Where Rainbows End. And she just wrapped production on an upcoming Warren Beatty film, still untitled.
Known not only for her extraordinarily smooth ascent through Hollywood, Lily is also an emerging style icon in the fashion and beauty industry, impossibly gorgeous and a classic sophisticate, she is fashion trendsetter and always a hit on the red carpet. A one-time broadcast journalism major, the versatile Lily loves to write.
