Allison helped with my mishap with the engraving and she made everything super easy to get the watch back to fix the engraving and to get it back to me. This type of mishap usually would have caused a delay with the possibility of getting the watch back after the birthday but movado made sure to get it back to me fast before his birthday and were very helpful! I was a bit skeptical because I saw a review that said the band was too thin. However I did not feel that way at all one it arrived. The pictures on the site do not do the timepiece justice as it is much nicer in person and the band and face are also darker which is what I was hoping when I bought it. I have only had it for a week and have received multiple compliments and queries about this spectacular timepiece. I highly recommend
