Very easy to place order, shipping was faster than I was expecting, liked that I had to sign for my timepiece, packaging was wrapped to perfection, love my timepiece, bought for my cruise, waiting on compliments, high suggested, just wish bans were a little bigger.

I Love the watch. As a man's watch I am a little disappointed with the fit. It came with no extra links and was so small that with the band open I could not get the watch past my knuckles. Never fear. You guys are fantastic. I have received my new links ( No thanks to FEDex dropping them off without getting a signature). I have ordered 2 more links because of the size of the links and am patiently waiting to get them installed.

 Overall I am very pleased with the watch and the interaction I have had with your tech group.

 I probably missed the sizing option on the website.

Very happy with this purchase so far. This is graduation gift for my son. He is very happy with the appearance of the watch and enjoying it. We took it to our local Movado store to remove some links for the perfect fit. The ladies in the store were very helpful and got the fit perfect.
