Designed in 1947 by Bauhaus-influenced artist Nathan George Horwitt, the iconic Museum Dial was the first of its kind, inspired by the world’s first timekeeper: the sundial. Its singular dot at 12 o’clock symbolizes the sun at high noon and the moon at midnight.&nbsp;
