It’s time you owned a masterpiece. The Movado Museum Classic is an icon of modern design, featured in museums worldwide and renown for the elegant simplicity of the dial defined by a single dot at 12 o’clock, a design element that symbolizes the sun at high noon. We’ve elevated this iconic watch even further with an automatic movement powered by the motion of your body—the pinnacle of Swiss technical mastery and displayed in all its beauty with an exhibition caseback. In this style, we’ve paired a gleaming yellow gold PVD 32mm case with a chic black dial—outfitted with our signature dot and slender hands—and a luxurious saffiano leather strap.
Automatic watches do not contain batteries. They are charged by the movement of your wrist. If the watch is not worn it will stop running in about 38 hours. To get it started, turn the crown clockwise about 20-30 times until the second hand starts moving. You will most likely need to reset the time and date.

Movado.com EXCLUSIVE. Movado has partnered with renowned Cuban-American artist Carmen Herrera to create our newest Artists Series. This exquisite collection consists of five styles, each a limited edition of only 100 pieces.
Inspired by Herrera’s Night Forest, this dynamic design features a sculptural dial with a green base and a deep blue top layer to echo the original’s design. This watch plays with form, converting the rectangular canvas into a round dial, then extending it outward onto the leather strap and mirroring the hues in the double keepers. The attention to detail is exquisite, with our logo etched on the reverse of the crystal, to not interrupt the artwork, along with custom-cut hands and glossy stainless steel hardware.
A portion of proceeds from this artist series collection will be donated to Public Art Fund.
