Online purchases will be accepted for a full refund when returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued to the purchaser in the same form of payment used for the original sales transaction. Refunds will not be issued for watches received as gifts. Credits cannot be issued until merchandise being returned is received.
