Online Purchasing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotion. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied to past orders. We will inform you by email if we are unable to fill your order. Any individual customer may purchase up to five units of each watch model and we reserve the right to further limit the quantity of products we supply.

Engraving

Engraving is available only in the USA. Engraved styles are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please allow 3-5 additional business days to process engraved pieces.

Payment

Movado accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

  • Affirm
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Master Card
  • PayPal
  • Visa

All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated sales tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped, and may vary from the estimated amount.
 

Affirm

Rates from 0–36% APR. For example, a $800 purchase might cost $72.21/mo over 12 months at 15% APR. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Changes/Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, you may modify your order for 15 minutes after it has been placed by clicking here.

After that period has elapsed, orders will be processed for shipping. Please Contact Us Online – or call us toll free at 1-800-810-2311 if you have any further changes or questions about your order. Our hours are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM, Eastern Time.

We will try to accommodate your request, however once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify the purchase. If this is the case, please refer to our return instructions once you have received your order.

Shipping and Delivery

 

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, all products are shipped via Federal Express. We are therefore unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, AFB or any other addresses not covered by Federal Express delivery. To further safeguard your purchase, an adult over the age of 21 must sign for the shipment package at time of delivery.

For shipping within the United States, the following charges apply:

  • Two-day shipping: Free of charge
  • Overnight shipping: $10


Please allow up to 3-4 business days for processing. Movado cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Tracking

As soon as your purchase ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will allow you to track the status of your shipment online.

Limited Warranty

Every Movado watch we sell comes backed by a two-year limited warranty which covers the movement of your watch if it proves to be defective in either material or workmanship under normal use. Complete warranty information, along with an abbreviated list of authorized Movado service centers, is provided in the operating instructions, warranty & service guide booklet that will be shipped with your watch. Errors and Inaccuracies

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you after 5 business days, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Transfer of Ownership and Indemnity

Title to products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to those products, passes to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
